FMIFY is a housing concept currently under development. No units are available for rent at this time. Able Craftsmen Ltd. is not accepting housing applications or rental deposits.
What Is FMIFY?
FMIFY — Face-Me-I-Face-You — adapts the communal principles of the traditional face-me-I-face-you housing concept into a modern Canadian residential setting. The objective is to explore a practical, efficiently designed and more affordable housing model for people who may benefit from good-quality transitional or affordable accommodation, combining private living space with appropriate shared facilities.
Current Status
The first Newfoundland and Labrador development remains subject to site selection, detailed design, regulatory approvals and financing. No units are currently available and no applications are being accepted at this stage.
The Concept
The initial concept is a two-storey residential development containing 18 private units, designed to balance privacy, affordability and community.
